tiny hamlet of Samode is nestled at a close distance from Jaipur. Not many

Rajasthan. The place is quite interesting to visit

Attractions of Samode constitute primarily of forts, palaces and mansions.
Glimpses From History
As the place is a part of Royal Rajasthan, the History of Samode is quite
interesting obviously. Once the seat of the Nathawats, who played a
significant role in the court of Jaipur, the
village
was given by to one of the twelve sons of a Kachhwaha leader from Amber.
Eventually, it later formed the seat of the Nathawats who constructed a
fortified haveli and palace in the village. History is an evidence that
Samode has enjoyed rather a quiet and peaceful history with no major battle
or unnecessary bloodshed.
