'Chutneys' made from Red Chillies, Mint, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander are

more feature that makes the preparations unique is the use of dried lentils
or beans abstracted from the plants of sarigri and ker and gram flour. The
famous dishes of Rajasthan are khata, gatta ki sabzi and pakodi. You will

Cakes in Pushkar, Spicy Snacks in Bikaner, Sweet deserts, Sohan Halwa in
Ajmer Ladoos in Jaisalmer. And how can we miss out our very beloved Pink
city Jaipur. Come to the city and when you taste buds asks for a
treat just have Mishri Mawa and Ghevar and the taste will remain there
forever.
